Once again a NaBloPoMo deadline is rearing its ugly head and I have nothing.
Nada. Zilch. Nil.
What can I say? I live a very mundane life when I don't have Leslie and the kids to inspire me.
I could write about how crazy NaBloPoMo makes me. How I rack my brains trying to write something worthwhile each and every day only to come up against the midnight deadline and spew out words that I somehow try to mold into a post. It makes more sense to write around 4-5 good posts a week rather than seven "blah" offerings. I am thankful for that cursed thing however because it has gotten me to write again, but sometimes I wonder if it costs me my sanity.
I could write about the new commentators that were so kind to leave comments on the post yesterday. It was a very pleasant surprise (read you guys rock) and I hope that you will stop by and visit often as I will be heading over and visiting your abodes. Hopefully this post will not scar you for life and have you running and screaming madly into the night. I'm not this bad all of the time.

I could write about how the first snowfall of the year here makes drivers totally freak out. It amazes me to no end how some people completely forget how to drive when the snow falls. You would think common sense would tell them to slow down and be a little more courteous and lenient, right? On the contrary, they have proceeded to take their idiocy to new levels - I assume to create a tryout video for World Biggest A**hole Drivers.
I could write about how those tacos I had for dinner are really coming back to haunt me. Then again, maybe not.
I could write about how happy I am to me going home tomorrow and seeing the family again - if only for a few hours. It's only been two days, but I hate sleeping alone and I miss the snoring symphony that Leslie and I compose each night. There is just something about unintentionally snoring the William Tell Overture that just makes my sleep so peaceful. Mmmmm sleep.
I could write something intelligent about this video, but I don't thing that is humanly possible.
Yes, I could write about all of these things, but like I told you before - my mind is a total blank today and I have nothing.

Hey... just went to Leslie's and now I'm catching up here.
It's good to be back, although it's going to take me a bit to catch up enough to be "regular" again.
You think driving in snow up there is bad, you should try driving in snow down here. Thank goodness it only happens about once every 20 years.
